Once the wall installation plan has been finalised, the required elements are fabricated. Precision is the absolute watchword when it comes to the fabrication of wall elements in a format of up to 11 x 3 metres, thicknesses of between 15 and 35 centimetres and a weight of up to 10 t. On-site construction does not merely involve the exact fitting together of the elements. Diagonal cuts, bearing plates and cutouts for windows, doors and gates also need to be precisely integrated.
The central computer operating the CAD/CAM system calculates the mix of aggregates required to the gram, whilst laser beams mark the precise measurements of the individual construction components.
Our company’s own laboratory monitors the quality and precision of measurement of the wall elements on an ongoing basis. At the same time, the whole production process is subject to an external monitoring procedure carried out by the “State association for quality protection in the concrete and pumice stone industry”.
Our qualified employees, who know their trade inside out, manufacturing high quality products to the finest detail, are the crucial factor within the whole process, however. |
